I had the privilege of collaborating with Garena Vietnam to contribute to the renowned game Arena of Valor. In this project, I trained more than 150 custom AI models (LoRAs) tailored for the game's characters.The primary goal of this initiative was to empower anyone—whether they are part of the marketing team or players from the community—to effortlessly create unique images of in-game characters. This not only significantly reduced the workload for the digital artist team but also encouraged the creation of promotional materials, facilitated design competitions, and enhanced engagement with the player community.Each model was carefully designed to retain the unique identity of iconic heroes while introducing fresh, captivating visual styles.In addition to model training, I worked closely with the marketing team to develop an efficient content production workflow, ensuring speed and consistency across creative outputs. This project exemplifies the potential of Generative AI in the gaming industry, saving resources and unlocking boundless creative opportunities for both businesses and players alike.
